Hey there!
I do not need much from you!
VACATION:
Before you depart for you vacation I will ask you to leave a note for the vet or any other emergency stating that the dog was left in my care while you are gone.
WORK:
Incase of emergency's please leave Vet information. Since you will be in town there is no need for any notes.

I also ask that if your furr baby takes medication to write down times and I will make a chart on my own for it.
Note Example
I *owners name* leave *pets name* in the care of Ali's pet sitting during my time away ( Dates).
In case of an emergency please allow care to my animal as I will pay over phone call or upon my return.
